Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you are entitled to a complete refund of your purchase price.

2. How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of two ways:

• Reply to the purchase confirmation email you received at checkout and ask for a refund.
• Use the customer portal of the payment provider named on your receipt (e.g. Lemon Squeezy or Creem), linked from your purchase email, and initiate the refund there.

3. Who processes the refund

Refunds are processed by our merchant of record — the payment provider named on your checkout page and receipt (such as Lemon Squeezy or Creem). They handle all payment and refund transactions. The refund typically appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Effect on download access and license

After a refund is issued, your personal download link is deactivated and your license key is revoked. Devices activated with that key deactivate automatically the next time they check in online (typically within a week) and revert to the unlicensed state. Any downloaded images then run as the standard 14-day trial.

5. After the 14-day window

Refund requests received after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We will make every reasonable effort to find a fair resolution. To make a late request, reply to your purchase confirmation email with a brief explanation.
