Terms of Service

1. Product

PureAlbum is a self-hosted bootable appliance image (x86_64) that includes a music library, search engine, and playback system. You receive a personal download link after purchase, delivered by email.

2. License

Your purchase grants a single-person, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may install and run the image on any number of machines that you own or personally control. You may not share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute your license or download link to any third party.

3. Restrictions on the image

You may not redistribute, resell, repackage, or publicly share the appliance image or any derivative of it. The image contains third-party open-source components; their respective licenses are not affected by this restriction, but the PureAlbum application layer and distribution packaging are proprietary.

4. Updates

Each purchase includes one year of image updates from the date of purchase. The last version released within your update window remains downloadable indefinitely after the window closes. Updates are delivered as new image files to the same download page.

5. Payment and merchant of record

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. All billing inquiries, invoices, and payment disputes are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked full refund. See the Refund Policy for full details.

7. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of PureAlbum, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product owner operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the purchase email list. Continued use of the software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
